Obama Sends Odinga An Email Dated In The Future

I'm not going to go into too much detail about the background of this story. It has something to do with Obama, Kenya, Odinga and how there's some type of nefarious activity going on and like most Republican smears assaults, it's probably completely false. You make up your own minds however, and I'll present what I want.

You can do a search of those terms and probably find some wingnut site to fill you in on whatever nontroversy they're talking about.

However, I remember last week seeing some wingnuts talking about Jerome Corsi, how he had recently been detained and then basically kicked out of Kenya on improper documentation to be there in the first place and then they all started talking about this nontroversy again.

Next thing you know, they're all talking about how Corsi is going to be on Hannity and Colmes this evening to spill the beans but what's funny is that the main righty blogs aren't really talking about this at all.

Well, lo-and-behold, World Net Daily has reported (see post below for link) that Corsi has fallen ill and perhaps some breaking story to be released on WND has to be put on hold. I assume for all intents and purposes that his gig on H&C is probably off (for now?) too.

But while wandering around WND, I clicked their link for their story about these supposed emails that they have between Obama and Odinga when one of the images just didn't look right to me.



I was hoping the image would be click-to-enlarge friendly but it's not. However, I can still download the image and zoom a little bit on it. And, well...this looks lik a pretty bad forgery if you ask me.

You tell me - does the date say 2006 or 2008? I used MSFT Picture Manager to adjust the contrast and tones and that's it. No photoshopping and you can try this yourself too if you want.



And looking at the 6 right next to it, I clearly see a completed loop on the top of the '8'.

(I'm almost as good as Larry Johnson's Obama birth certificate forgery discoverer, right? Right?!)

I think it clearly looks like 2008. Which is odd considering the month is December and well, it's only October.
