Update 5/22/08 - Just as a sidenote, the matter discussed below was eventually settled. I may post about it at a later time to clarify how it turned out, and I'll update here again when/if I do, but for now, yeah - that's what happened.

Update - The ever popular 'Magicus Disappearus' defense is easily reverted through 'MS Painticus'



Simply removing the post doesn't remove the copyright violation.
